We offer online registration that will allow you to
immediately reserve your seat as space is limited for
all courses. To register for an upcoming course, go
to our Schedule page and
click the title for the course of your choice.
We also provide secure and reliable online credit card
processing through PayPal for your convenience. We
accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express
and PayPal eChecks.
If you prefer to pay via check or money order, review
the schedule and complete the form on the Offline
Payment page to reserve your seat. Registration
is not considered complete until your check has been
received and cleared. Print your seat reservation confirmation
email and mail with your cashier's check, money order,
facility/business check or personal check to:

There is a $30 fee for all checks returned for insufficient
funds.
All registrations must be postmarked by the Registration
Close Date indicated on the Schedule page. Please call
to inquire about space available after the registration
close date.
An email or confirmation card will be sent upon receipt
of registration form and payment.
All information you provide to us is held private and
will not be released to third parties or vendors.
All In One Nursing Services, Inc.
will issue certificates of attendance to denote hours
of course participation and completion.
All In One Nursing Services, Inc. reserves the right
to cancel or reschedule this course refunding full payment
to participants.
